Personalised items are non returnable unless the item has been received damaged. Proof of damage will be required via a photo.
If your item has been damaged in the post please contact us within 7 working days of receipt. Damaged items cannot be returned after this period.
We do accept returns for non personalised items and T shirts if you have ordered the incorrect size. We cannot offer free returns on incorrect orders such as wrong sizes. The buyer will be responsible for return postage costs for these items. For this reason we encourage customers to check the size chart carefully before purchase to ensure the correct size is ordered.
Any items that are returned will have return postage costs refunded once we have received the goods in 'as new' condition.
